The sample consisted of 77 workers from the company's local departments. The instruments used were the AF5 self-concept questionnaire, cognitive distortions, Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI) and the performance evaluation report as a measure of productivity. To analyze the data, the Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin KMO sample adequacy measure was used to determine the feasibility of performing factor analysis; reliability analysis was also performed using cronbach's alpha and pearson's coefficient to analyze the relationship between the variables.
