Defender \u0026amp; Innovator from available literature, and  attempts to match them with selected Organization  Development (OD) interventions for static and  transformational changes. An independent  field study is also included here as separate  to  describe  opposing cultural orientations. A proper  understanding of loose and tight culture not only  facilitates in rating the cases understudy but the  investigation also gives deep understanding of soft  organizational variable before selecting OD  interventions.
