The next step explains how a social\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003emedia strategy is build and what a small and medium-sized companies must respect in this.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe biggest changes caused by social media marketing arise in corporate communications. In\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003ethe chapter about communication is described what types of communication are relevant for a\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003ecompany and how to enter into a dialogue with the users.
