The stock solutions were prepared in methanol. The ¿max for amlodipine besylate, olmesartan medoxomil and hydrochlorthiazide were 238.5nm, 256.5nm and 271.5nm respectively. The   amlodipine besylate, olmesartan medoxomil and hydrochlorthiazide obeyed Beer¿s law in concentration range of 5-25µg\/ml, 6-30µg\/ml and 5-25µg\/ml respectively.
