Objective: to reduce the burnout syndrome through the application of the Psycho-organizational program in the personnel of the Micro Red de Salud Baños del Inca, Cajamarca-Peru, with a sample of 65 workers with a high level of burnout syndrome, who were pre-tested by applying the Maslach Burnout Inventory instrument for the evaluation of Burnout Syndrome.
