In this book, I attempted to give basic plant breeding techniques and some protocols with 7 units under different headings. These observations suggest their distinctness and heterogeneous assemblage and influence of genetic flux operating on the evolution of these plant species. Besides, the ecological conditions might have played a role in their diversification. Further, it is hoped that the present investigations on the Pollen biology of food plants of tropical tasar silkworm, Antheraea mylitta, D.' will assist to study the breeding system, pollen-pistil interaction, gene flow and heterozygosity in future.
