This book contains research based evidence of a comparative study of high school students with respect to personality and values. It has been an attempt to make individual to conscious about his/her personality development, an ability to explore the ideas and framework that helps individual to find a richer life and more meaningful and directive value based personality and relationship of the human with the world around him/her. 1105 Students were selected as a sample with the used of Random Sampling. The data were collected through Multidimensional Personality Inventory (MPI) and Moral Value Scale (MVS). Data were analysed by the help of frequency distribution, mean, median, t-value, F-value and correlation value. The findings showed that male students were found significantly higher than female students on MPI. Female students were found significantly higher than male students on MVS. Correlation study of component of personality shows that average but positive relationship between traits. This book will be helpful to the school teachers, educators, professors, psychologist, educational counsellor and individual who want to develop his/her personality and values.
