Ce projet vise à optimiser la ligne de production du Bubble-Gum Billes en utilisant des outils Lean Manufacturing. Nous avons commencé par l¿étude de l¿existant en réalisant la cartographie du flux et dégageant les « «7 Mudas » afin d¿entamer par la suite la mise en place des actions d¿améliorations. Nous avons mis en place un chantier Kaizen qui nous mène après une évaluation à élaborer un système Kanban afin d¿équilibrer le flux de production et minimiser les encours.
