It deals \u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003ewith the race problematic in America. The other one is his \u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eInaugural Address from January 2009 which of course has a \u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003emuch more celebratory tone. Both speeches center around the \u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003equestion of how the American society does deal and should \u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003edeal with times of economical distress though their topical \u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003efocus is an entirely different one. However, the effect both \u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eaim for, and to a large degree surely achieve, is a uniting \u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eone.
