A cross-sectional survey; using four categories of questionnaires on a representative sample population of respondents; clustered according to ministries, agencies, universities (public and private) and associations was conducted. 165 representative categories of sample respondents were selected purposively; using a ¿Decision Tree¿ sampling technique. Results revealed 98.9% Stakeholders favoured the launching of the programs; with nomenclatures of ¿PhD in Library and Information Science¿; ¿Masters in Records Management¿ and ¿Masters in Information and Knowledge Management¿.
