Consequently, the aim of this paper is to establish a model for the study of the phenomenon in question. Documentary research was carried out with a non-probabilistic sample selection of sources indexed in leading repositories in Mexico, considering the publication period from 2000 to 2017, as well as the inclusion of keywords.
