At the time when the Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayip Erdogan declares\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003ethat Turkish should not longer be considered as foreigners, xenophobia is widespread in a\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003econservative German society. It is in that streamline that this work is carried out with the\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eaim of showing in what ways the novel Selim oder die Gabe der Rede of Sten Nadolny is\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003ea fundamental tool which advocates for the integration of Turkish in Germany. To attain\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eour goal, we will use the deconstruction according to Derrida on the one hand and\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eaccording to De Man on the other hand.
