"M-Health Discovery" - A tool to Automate the Discovery of Epidemics

During outbreaks, Sub-Saharan Africans have no choice but to wait for the very small and dispersed health teams to come where they live (quite often in places hard to access) to provide them with consultation, diagnosis, cures. In case, the disease strikes strongly and spreads rapidly, affected people just die because they couldn't access the right care at the right time. Health workers themselves can't know about where/ when the outbreak gonna hit or how/ which patient may be exposed to it. M-HEALTH DISCOVERY leverages the power of mobile technology & big data analytics to deliver a better health care experience for Sub-Saharan African users living under the continuous threat of epidemics (such as `ebola` .. ).
