The methodology used was of the quali-quantitative type of exploratory nature. The results were equated in two parts: 1 - Profile of participants, and 2- Categorization process. Regarding the categories, the following emerged: 1 - Types of labor violence that nursing professionals suffer or have suffered in times of the COVID-19 pandemic; 2 - Coping strategies adopted by nursing professionals facing labor violence; 3 - The repercussions of labor violence on the health and care of nursing professionals. It is concluded that nursing professionals suffer from work-related violence, which was increased after the pandemic caused by COVID-19.
