The  kinetic equation of the Landau phenomenological  theory of neutral quantum Fermi liquid and the  Silin  kinetic equations for the degenerate electron Fermi  liquid of nonferromagnetic metals in a magnetic field are proved to be valid at nonzero  temperatures.
