This book attempts to enable \n                \n                \u003ci\u003eKautilya’s Arthaśāstra\u003c\/i\u003e\n                                 to break free from the problem of presentism – it does so by juxtaposing the elements of continuity and change that showed up at different junctures of the life-history of both ‘\n                \n                \u003ci\u003eKautilya’s Arthaśāstra\u003c\/i\u003e\n                                ’ and ‘Eurocentric IR’.
