This caricature was drawn by a Danish artist and caused a huge intercultural conflict.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe picture was also published in newspaper all over Europe and caused protests in\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003ethe Arabic world.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e$OWKRXJK WKHQHZVSDSHU³-\\OODQGs-3RVWHQ¿DSRORJL]HG IRU WKHLQVXOWZRPHQ\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eprotested against the publication and mad students burned Danish flags.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e7KLVZDVDW\\SLFDO LQWHUFXOWXUDOFRQIOLFWEHFDXVHERWKVLGHVGLGQ¶WNQRZPXFKDERXW\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003etypical traditions, ideologies and habits of each country.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eIn the Moslem world its not allowed and a death-sin to portray Allah and his prophet\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eMohammed.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eAlthough in non-Moslem countries it is ok to do so, most Moslems felt deep insulted\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eby that action and demanded a punishment for the paper.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eAnother consequence was several bomb threats by anonymous callers.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThis is just one example on how misunderstandings can lead to problems that\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003einvolve different parts of the world.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe pope caused another case, where he quoted the emperor Manuel II Palaiologos\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003esaying that the prophet Mohammed just brought bad and inhuman things, by using\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003ethe sword to spread his believe.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eOnce again the Moslem world was upset and protesting, even pope-dolls where burned.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe pope apologized and said that his uttering was misunderstood. This is just one\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003emore incident that caused conflict and harm between cultures and religions.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eOnly one sentence said wrong in front of a specific audience has the power to cause\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eprotest and struggle.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eBut conflict could also be considered to be constructive and helping to create a better\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003estate of a relationship.
