{"product_id":"insb-nanowire-and-their-characteristics-insb-nanowire-von-e-r-saranya-k-s-nivedhitha","title":"InSb Nanowire and Their Characteristics","description":"\u003cp\u003eWe report the growth of ultra small InSb nanowires through vapour-liquid-solid (VLS) mechanism by chemical vapour deposition method. The growth parameters are optimized to produce uniform and ultra small nanowires. The structural properties of the grown NWs are studied through scanning electron microscopy and atomic force microscopy. Scanning electron microscopy studies confirm the tip growth mode of nanowires through VLS mechanism. The diameters of the grown nanowires are found to be 8-10 nm. Morphological features are studied through atomic force microscopy.
