With parents playing an important role in guiding, disciplining and socializing the children, it is essential to focus on parent- child relationship and its role in building self-efficacy and psychological well-being among  them.  The  main  aim of this study  is to identify the degree of influence parent-child  relationship  has  on  self-efficacy and  psychological  well-being of adolescents. The mediating effect of self-efficacy on  parent-child relationship and psychological well-being is also examined.
