Results of the study were analyzed by applying Teacher Adjustment Inventory by Rashmi Ojha and Vocational Interest Record by Kamal Dwivedi. The Descriptive Statistics i.e., Mean, Median, Standard Deviation and T-Ratio were used. Results of the study showed significant positive relationship between Teaching practice and Teachers' adjustment.
