The objective of the study was to find how competent librarians are in using ICT facilities to do their job. Six research questions were formulated to guide the study on Areas of work librarians use ICT, levels of literacy skills, methods of acquiring literacy skills, constraints to ICT literacy skills acquisition, strategies to improve the situation and areas of ICT librarians need training. Data relevant to the study was collected using questionnaire, sample was drawn via total enumeration sampling technique. A total of 106 copies of questionnaire were distributed out of which were rightly completed and returned. Data were analyzed using percentages and mean scores.
