The aim of this publication is the development and application of a methodology for calculating the emissions in atmosphere associated with energy management interventions. Globally, the emission of greenhouse gases is considered, by quantifying the equivalent CO2 emitted. The study at the local scale considers the dispersion of pollutants using modelling tools.
