The study was carried out in Menz Gera Midir district located in the North Shoa Zone of the Amhara Regional State. A total of 180 sample households selected through stratified random sampling procedure were selected and interviewed using a structured survey questionnaire. In addition, 12 focus group discussions and 16 key informant interviews were conducted.
