Methods: In the Extrusion-Spheronization technique, the drug pellets were prepared by mixing the drug with excipients along with a binder solution, the resultant mass was extruded through extruder followed by spheronizer. In Solution\/suspension layering technology the pellets were prepared by coating the drug solution\/suspension on the sugar spheres in a fluidized bed processor (FBP).
