Examining the question of institutional and administrative capacity\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003ebuilding, the section will scrutinize the development of economic performance of\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eand employment levels in the new Member States in the 2000¿2006 funding period.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe objective of the preceeding chapter is to determine the impacts of the Europe 2020 objectives\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eon cohesion policy, examine the adequacy of established goals, and compare the\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eEurope 2020 objectives with those of the Lisbon Strategy.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe objective of the last section is to analyze the proposals for a reformed cohesion\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003epolicy as submitted in the BARCA report.
