Nowadays,most Swiss airports are still  publicly owned units with only few completely  private ones. The goal of this study is to shed  light on such terms as efficiency and performance  that are directly pertinent to airports nowadays.  Although there are different types of the  productivity measurement tools the author have  chosen Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) methodology,  applied to measure airports performance by many  researchers around the world.
