This publication presents the state of the art of e-learning evaluation systems, both in the USA and Europe, as well as in Latin America. The evaluation models and their evaluation criteria are analyzed. Then, a self-evaluation model based on good practices for organizations that carry out e-learning programs in the subcontinent is presented.
