Cellular automaton CA #110 is XOR (eXclusive- OR) homeomorphic to Asymmetry graph # 110, which can be seen as the random interaction between two oscillators, i.e., Parrondo's Paradox, wherein CA #110, bound by the PCE and PCI, denotes a system that is not algorithmically decidable.
