A country that is not proactive to self production is not protecting her people from unconscious slavery; thus being over dependent on other countries for a large portion of economic means of survival. Being proactive makes a country balanced between level of production and consumption; such a country is likely to be less prone to crsis. It is not an exergeration to say that most African countries, espetiatially those in Sub-Saharan Region, are largely dependent on other nations for technological innovation and other means of livelihood. This other- dependence could likely be a reason for the Region being crisis prone. Why then the less productivity and over dependence on other countries by this Region?
