{"product_id":"contribution-to-growth-development-in-arachis-hypogaea-l-von-pierchel-kiyouboula-matondo","title":"Contribution to growth\/development in Arachis hypogaea L","description":"\u003cp\u003eThe present work marks our introduction to research as part of our Master's thesis, Option: Life and Earth Sciences.For this purpose, observations were made on emergence, neoformation of aerial apparatus organs and pod development, from basal seeds of two-, three- and four-lodge pods; they were carried out on two varieties A and B (Designated by default) of Arachis hypogaea L. over a period of 91 days. These varieties differ in tegument color, pale pink for A and dark pink for B.This study assessed their emergence (time and rate), the production of aerial organs (leaves, flowers and gynophores) and the yield in kg\/ha of pods*. Differences and similarities were observed. Seed emergence ranged from 6 days (for AIII.3, AIV.4 and BII.2 seeds) to 8 days (for BIII.3 and BIV.4 seeds).
