Constitutional Review at Regional Tier in Ethiopia: The Case of Oromia

This book explores the legal and institutional frameworks, vertical relations and the extent of effectiveness of sub-national constitutional adjudication systems in Ethiopia with particular emphasis on Oromia Regional State review system. In doing so, the author conduct interview with concerned officials including drafters of the laws to get the framers intention, analyze the recently enacted and amended relevant laws, and examines the lately decided cases, on constitutional claim, by HOF(June 2015).
