The study adopted a survey design to determine the  attitudinal career maturity among these  three groups of students. Students in Singapore, after completing their  secondary education, proceed to either Junior  colleges, Centralized Institutes or Polytechnics or  Institutes of Technical Education. The average age  of the student who completes secondary education in  Singapore is approximately 16 to 18.
