Thus,  this work aimed to find out the effects of soaking  seeds in running water and growth regulators such  as GA3 (100 ppm) and IAA (50 ppm) for 18 hours,  nitrogen levels (0, 20, 40 and 60 kg N\/fad) and  foliar fertilization treatments (with urea 2 % and  some commercial foliar fertilizers like Super grow  and Agrow more) as well as their interactions on  growth attributes, yield and its components and  quality measurements of sugar beet Kawemira cv.
