The method demonstrated a successful technique to  enrich the target proteins and could serve as a  model for investigating various complex organelles  in crops. Improving  crops quality requires an  attention to the biochemical process of its  development and knowledge of the machinery involved  in this development. The protein synthesis machinery  involves both organelles which determine storage  proteins quality during endosperm development. The  rate of reserve material accumulation varies during  the grain filling stages.The constitutive proteins  of the ER and GC are speculated to undergo changes  in function, and a temporal change in protein  expression during these stages assumed to be related  to wheat protein quality.
