This type of development is defined as a Travel Generating Pole (PGV), which causes impacts and interferences in road circulation in its area of influence. The objective of this work is to study to what extent a large shopping mall, as a PGV, interferes with the road circulation in its immediate surroundings. The municipal legislation (master plan law 8.655\/2008 and decree 80.806\/2014), establishes that before the installation and operation of enterprises, defined as traffic attractions, a Transit Impact Study (EIT), to complement the Neighborhood Impact Study (EIV), is to provide a preliminary diagnosis of the affected area, taking into consideration the impacts on the road system, the natural and built environment, as well as establish measures that can compensate and\/or mitigate the undesirable effects.
