Die ATP-Synthese erfolgt tiber die Phos­ phorylierung der Calcium-Transport-ATPase des SR durch Orthophosphat und eine Dephosphorylierung des E '\"\"\" P durch ADP. Die Rate der Calcium-Frei­ setzung aus SR-Vesikel - die Calcium-Beladung erfolgte aktiv in Gegenwart von Acetylphosphat - wird durch ADP erhoht.
