This book, based on the case study research in eastern part of Indonesia, provides insight on how senior secondary English teachers in Palu, Central Sulawesi Indonesia, benefited from doing CAR project pilot conducted by Education Office of Central Sulawesi. This book also discusses the challenges faced by teacher, support gained from colleagues and schools, and whether or not they continue to do more CAR projects after their first CAR; It provides teachers¿ perception of how CAR as one professional  development  (PD) avenue should be implemented for the sake of more sustainable PD program.
