Polycrystalline ferrite  structures have been engineered using the Pulsed  Laser Deposition (PLD) and Modified Liquid Phase  Epitaxy (MLPE) reflow techniques. It was  demonstrated that the Plasma Enhanced Chemical Vapor  Deposition (PECVD) produces films with poor quality  and magnetic properties. In this work we are  introducing a novel Modified Injection Molding   (MIM) technique for fabrication of ultra-thick M- type Barium Ferrite films that can be utilized in  monolithic microwave integrated circuits (MMIC)  devices with operating range from 1 to 100GHZ.
