It is often used within geographical terminology, but the very nature of place eludes easy definition or categorization.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eIn this dissertation I will interrogate the notion of place, how place is differentiated from space and how a photograph represents place using examples from different genres of photography.
