We found a frequency of 01.43%. Young male adults predominated, with a mean age of 41.45 years and a sex ratio of 2.58. RTAs were the main cause, accounting for 95.08% of initial fractures. Conventional treatment was the main cause of pseudarthrosis in 69% of cases. Segments of the lower limb were the most affected, accounting for 62.3% of cases. Atrophic pseudarthrosis accounted for 55.74% of cases, and eutrophic pseudarthrosis for 32.79%.
