The Likert scale questionnaire was used as a measurement instrument. The following dimensions were considered: Responsiveness, Empathy, Reliability, Efficiency, Effectiveness, Effectiveness for both variables. The reliability of the instruments was assessed by Shapiro Wilk. Pearson's test. Results: The results show that as shown in Table 24, a correlation coefficient of r= 0.270 was obtained, with a p= 0.019 (p\u0026gt; 0.05), which means that the alternative hypothesis is accepted and the null hypothesis is rejected.
