Forty-two patients with cicatricial alopecia were included in this study with age ranged from 17 to 62years with a mean age 35.07±11.23years.Primary cicatricial alopecia was seen in fourteen male patients (33.3%) and twenty-eight females (66.7%) making female to male ratio 2:1.
