In particular,\nthe author improves the pion–nucleus interaction uncertainty, which is one of\nthe dominant systematic error sources in T2K neutrino oscillation measurement.\nIn the thesis, the measurement of ν\u003csub\u003eμ\u003c\/sub\u003e→ν\u003csub\u003ee\u003ci\u003e \u003c\/i\u003e\n                    \u003c\/sub\u003e oscillation in the T2K (Tokai to\nKamioka) experiment is presented and a new constraint on δ\u003ci\u003e\n                        \u003csub\u003eCP\u003c\/sub\u003e\n                    \u003c\/i\u003e is obtained. This\nmeasurement and the analysis establish, at greater than 5σ significance, the\nobservation of ν\u003csub\u003eμ\u003c\/sub\u003e→ν\u003csub\u003ee  \u003c\/sub\u003eoscillation for the first time in the world.
