The glass-plate negatives on which they were \u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003epreserved were only recently discovered in the society's attic. \u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eSome images are attributed to the famous Norwood photographer \u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eFred Holland Day, whose interest in the history of his hometown \u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eand passion for the art of photography provided the inspiration \u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003efor this book.
