The neuroophthalmological      evaluation of\nclinical signs and symptoms often leads to                    accurate\nlocalization and diagnosis of the lesion. Many of                  these\nclinical abnormalities, such as visual field defects and\nocular   misalignments, can be quantified and followed to\nassess either the natural  history of the disorder or the\neffects of therapies.\nNo one medical     specialty can manage these neurovascular\nneuro-ophthalmological disorders   alone. The complexity of\ndiagnosis and treatment planning requires a        multi-\ndisciplinary team.
