EDFA starts providing better Q factor after a fiber distance of approximately 20 km and better BER After a fiber distance of approximately 40 km among all the 3 amplifiers. But power received is minimum in case of RAMAN Amplifier. In terms of power received, SOA provide better result up to a fiber distance of approximately 120 km after that EDFA provide better result in terms of power received among all the 3 amplifiers.
