External factors could be a change of business partners,\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003ean economic crisis, the globalisation or a change in laws.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eIn this case the change was internal. The whole company was unorganised,\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003efor example without any overview of current figures of incoming labour of the\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eday, any written work instruction, how the tasks has to be done, or an\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eoverview of complaints from customers. The employees had no targets to\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eachieve or some instruction how much work they have to do at one day. So\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eeverybody can work how he likes and as much as he likes.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe management decided to introduce a Qualtity Management System in a\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003epart of the company to get an ISO certification. With an ISO certification it\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003ewould be possible to get more orders from other business sectors, because\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003ethe certification stands for trust and reliability. To enable the certification, it\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003ewas necessary to change the whole working situation of the company. For\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eexample processes, work instructions, forms, organisational charts, a Quality\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eManagement Manual, an internal error management and a complaints\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003emanagement were needed. Furthermore a system for the different work,\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003ewhich is done at that day, was needed to plan a strategic future.
