However,  leaders looking to develop themselves as servant  leader are hard placed to find models for expanding  their practice. This project documents an  authenticated, attainable pathway to an increased  enactment of congruent servant-leadership across  vision, thinking and acting. The processes for bringing about character alignment  have been documented together with resulting  implications for servant leaders in action.
