The primary objective of our study was to determine whether low-risk pregnancies are more overmedicated in level III maternity wards than in level I maternity wards. Our secondary objective was to determine whether management in level III generated more complications during delivery. Our study is a descriptive cross-sectional study with an etiological focus.
