We have developed nuclear track etched and composite membranes for physical chemical and biological applications. The surface modification by irradiation of  polymers is also carried out and studied. Besides it our group is also involved in preparation of bilayer \/multilayer   nanostructures   semi conducting thin films, hydrogen storage materials, switch able mirrors and  dilute magnetic semiconductors.
